Please note these groups all seem very nice and I have nothing against them, but here is the problem. If you own a flower shop in the City of Worcester, how do you compete against. Or if you own a sign company, how do you compete against illegal signs being installed on a week-end.
My point is commerce like this ends up hurting the commercial tax base, which leads to increased property taxes for everyone, both residential and commercial property owners.
