I will be shocked if this comes in at 1.5 million….. We will have to share the profits 50/50 with the Commonwealth but we own 100 percent of any losses
This is a great deal for the Commonwealth, who limits their liability at $3 million.. Once you start getting into this building the clean-up/remediation will be way beyond $1.5 million as the WRA found out when they bought the Telegram building.
$3 million in remediation sounds like alot but it goes very very fast!!
