At next meeting can someone ask if there will be any CDBG monies available for the public services component the two years we will have ballson payments from the Kilby Gardner Hammond HUD guaranteed loan:

 

  • 2018 —-   $1,870,000
  • 2024 —   $1,270,000

 

This is on top of the annual debt service $362,798 that is already paid out from the annual CBDG monies as noted in this year’s report.
