George Russell question to the City Auditor, who does not see a reduction of $3,000,000 being a risk to our bond rating….    Not a significant reduction in a mature fund with consistent cash flows..   Watch this for two-three minutes!!

Based on the meeting I see the vote to give the taxpayers a break only being supported by 3 people:
