The Telegram headline has to be the biggest hatchet job ever.   A landlord with code violations in the City of Worcester, who is selling their properties.  Hold the presses, run a front page story!!!   If she somehow received grant money to fix the code violations then that would be a story.    It is columns like that which make people not run for office.
