Yes for free! Why not?? We have tried to sell the property via the RFP with a minimum bid and now currently trying to market the parcels with a commercial broker,
Glickman and Kovago. To date we have not sold any of the parcels. Twenty plus years since the South Worcester Industrial Park was first announced and not one job has been created, not to mention one dollar of property taxes.
Put an RFP out:
- Giving parcels out for Free
- Require occupancy permit within 18 months of any accepted RFP”s
Why not??? The parcels would at least have a tenant and back on the tax rolls paying taxes!
