Here are a couple question we have:
- Based on the contamination that was known, forget about the new ones (asbestos), how could that parcel have been valued at 1.95 million?
- Based on the contamination that is found at all these projects, most recently the Telegram building, how is any of this a surprise especially considering the past uses?
- Maybe this money should have been put in escrow to cover any unforeseen contamination versus asking the seller (NStar), who has been bought out by Eversource, for help after they have deposited the check?
