As far as the New England Music scene goes you will not find a brighter star then the shine coming off of singer Dale LePage, and his band The Manhattans.  Garnering rave reviews for his vocals ability and his bands incredible musicianship.   The band consists of such notable musicians as Joe D’Angelo, Bobby Gadoury, Thomas Spears, Geoffrey Oehling, James Dower, Pete Premo.   When asked about his fellow musicians Mr. LePage said    “I am only as good as the people around me, they are the real talent. I just happen to be the one with the loudest mouth.”

 

How do you know when the public likes your music? How about having eyewear, a Cookie, and cocktail named after you! Magay & Barron Eye Center of Worcester has developed a frame called the Crooner Classic (pictured above) Crown Bakery has come out with a cookie bearing Dales likeness called the Crooner Cookie and now Ceres bistro will be unveiling the Dale Lepage Crooner Cocktail. Dale LePage and the Manhattans our fresh off their CD release party at Ceres Bistro (Beechwood Hotel) which they refer to as a MEGA EVENT.

 

Mr. LePage is also the host of WooTube a popular entertainment television show on Charter TV3, Co-hosted by the lovely Roberta Mandella.   “For those of you that enjoy the fun chemistry you see between Roberta and I, know that it is 100% real.    She is not only stunningly beautiful but she is funny and sweet.” Said Mr. LePage.   Musicians and comedians are encourage to send their video links to  [email protected]

 

Not only has Mr. LePage been named 3 time entertainer of the Year” for Central Massachusetts, Boston’s “Entertainer of the Year” nominee and Best Of New England Music Award, nominee. It seems he holds Charity work close to his heart.    On working with charities Mr. LePage said   “Being able to help Charities with music seems like a superpower.”    It seems that CroonerMan will be using his super powers frequently heading into the fall crooning for charities as – Freedom Song (Veterans Inc) on Sept 27 – Greendale Unitarian Church – Oct. 10th Boston Cabaret Association on Oct. 19, (Amazing Things Arts Center) – Veterans Inc. Gala Oct. 25th – Habitat For Humanity Gala on Nov. 1st , all of these charitable events and more can be found on his website. 

 

When asked what he is looking forward to in the future Mr. LePage states “I am really looking forward the The Wachusett Valley Music Festival coming up on Sept. 13th and The Newton Jazz & Wine Festival on Sept. 19th (celebrating the music of Ella Fitzgerald) and our encore Burt Bacharach show at Nick’s Worcester on Sept. 26th .   And if you have any doubt how in demand this band is they have already been booked for Valentine’s Day 2015, at Club Symply Fargone in Worcester .
