Advantage Benefits has been working with ADP and very impressed with the word that they have done with ACA (ObamaCare compliance)

This year if you have 100 or more employees and next year if you have 50 or more employees you need to be aware of this.   Keep in mind if you a have alot of part-time employees (restaurant), this may apply since your 70 part-timers may equal 50 or more full-timers and ACA applies.  If you are not ready, there will be fines.
