Media Advisory: Representative Ryan C. Fattman hosts Press Conference to Request Masshealth Provide Answers on Illegal Immigration Benefits
BOSTON, Mass.—On Thursday, Representative Ryan C. Fattman (R-Webster), in conjunction with members of the Denice and Grossi families, will host a press conference requesting Masshealth provide information as to how Nicholas Guaman, an illegal alien, obtained Masshealth benefits from the state. Mr. Guaman, who was found guilty of vehicular manslaughter following the death of Milford resident Matthew Denice, had in his possession a Masshealth benefits card.
