In the Telegram on Wednesday the City of Worcester listed 4 pages of tax liens 
that are going to be sold. Everyone listed on this list should not be able to get a permit or a license in the City of Worcester since they in violation of the the City of Worcester REAP Ordinance.
Ironically once these are auctioned off and paid by a third party then the City of Worcester would no longer be owed any money and these people will no lo be in violation of the REAP Ordinance .
