There are many people, both commercial and 
residential property owners, who say the colleges should make a PILOT (payment in lieu of taxes) to the City of Worcester.
Not going to take a position either way here today, but intend to show that there are alot more entities then colleges in the City of Worcester that pay no property taxes..
Will list them here over the next couple weeks.
