Foundsr of JetBlue and Azul, David Neeleman, was on Squawkbox today. He mentioned Florida and New York as being the initial destinations as Azul, Brazilian airline, enters the US. Interestingly Azul set a limit of $999 on tickets while the World Cup is played in Brazil, story here.
