Focusing alot on pensions. I can see the pension problems that we 
are seeing in cities like Detroit and Chicago becoming commonplace with municipalities around the country. Recently the Urban Institute just issued a report card grading pensions around the country.
How did we do? We got a “F” in a class titled “worst in the country”.
