11F) Request City Manager report on the cost of providing OPEB to School Department retirees and the current budget liability inclusive of grant funded positions.
16C) Upon the order of Councilor Lukes- Request the City Council support more diverse new housing development with an emphasis on market-rate housing with a maximum of 10% affordable units if thee are going to be any units available for development in the downtown Worcester area.
I hope issues like these two and the unfunded pension liabilities become more prevalent in all City Council meetings.
