Four roll call votes now posted on our scorecard:

  1. Vote #35, an amendment to require that the minutes of MBTA board meetings be made public.  Failed by a 38-120 vote.
  2. Vote #38, an amendment to eliminate automatic treble damages for wage-and-hour violations deemed unintentional by courts. This proposal was also defeated, 37-122.
  3. Vote #39, an amendment to ensure all prospective foster and adoptive parents receive background checks before children are placed in their homes. This was successfully added to the budget on a 159-0 vote.
  4. Vote #48, an amendment to allow small businesses some extra time to comment on and comply with new earned sick time regulations. Lost by a 45-114 margin.
