One 61-year-old man, who allegedly lured vulnerable women into sexual acts by providing them with a steady stream of drugs and then required them to reach a 'quota for encounters' each night, is among five people charged in schemes in a crackdown announced by Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey.
