Citing the need for transparency, Worcester City Manager Edward Augustus Jr. on Monday ceased reimbursement to the Mosaic Cultural Complex and denied the agency a new contract in regard to its participation in the state Prevention adn Wellness grant program. The city has instead asked Attorney General Maura Healey's office to review the agency's participation.
