The opposition to the change to change upper Pleasant Street from four to three lanes from the airport to Tatnuck Square has grown. Now it includes the Worcester Postmaster Dan O’Neil.

There have already been cars that have been rear-ended because of this change, and some near miss head on collisions. It is just a very dangerous idea that keeps getting worse. Now even the mail delivery has been affected by this change. It is time for the state to admit they have made a big mistake and return this portion of Pleasant Street back to four lanes, before someone is seriously hurt.
