Worcester legislators Sen. Michael Moore and Rep. Daniel Donahue have sent a letter to the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection asking it to declare Eversource, formerly NStar, responsible for additional hazardous waste clean-up at the WRTA property in Quinsigamond Village.
