After a woman returned home one night to find a man standing in her living room, police conducted an investigation and eventually arrested a man for breaking and entering. John Benoit, 59, of 39 First St., Apt. 505A, was placed under arrest Thursday after police said they identified him at the suspect in the Oct. 1 breaking and entering.
