Allstate's Best Drivers Report ranks the 200 most populated U.S cities in order of where you're least likely to have a crash. Massachusetts has three states on the list — all at the bottom. At dead last is Boston, followed by Worcester at second to last. Springfield ranks fourth from the bottom.
