STURBRIDGE – A covered bridge may seem like an unrealistic venue for dinner to some, but Chef Bill Nemeroff knew it could be done.
At a Chef’s Best dinner held Tuesday night, Nemeroff had the staff at Old Sturbridge Village convert one of the historic covered bridges on the property into a dining room to seat 40 people.
Watch the transformation in a time-lapse video.
MassLive Food was at Nemeroff’s dinner. Stay tuned for more photos and a recap of the event.
