Blue screens of death are hitting Charter cable TV customers. When they get the blue screens you call Charter, they then inform you to come down and exchange your box. For the past couple of weeks it has been a zoo, lines out the doors, employee’s asking what you wish to do and assigning what line you should be in.
I’m not a fan of cable TV, I’m a satellite guy. I would think if they are issuing new boxes the cable guy would schedule and be there between Noon and Six Tuesday and bring AND SETUP new box. What are you paying for if they ARE NOT providing service?
