Please note page 40 of the lease. It mentions one five year extension at the end of the initial first year period, which started July 1st of 2008. It appears to us that this lease end July 1, 2018. This is prime space and alot has changed these last ten years. We should end this lease.

You are reading Section 2.3(a), which relates to Extension Term-1, if you check out Section 2.3(b) you will see Extension Term-2. It looks like the lease may in fact be 15 years ending July 1, 2023..
