BOSTON – Gov. Charlie Baker on Tuesday tapped Michael O’Brien, the former city manager of Worcester, former Northwestern District Attorney Elizabeth Scheibel and three others for the board of trustees for the University of Massachusetts system.
O’Brien, 50, lives in Southborough and works as an executive vice president at WinnCompanies, a Boston-based real estate firm.
