It took new kids on the block Puerto Rico FC 5 games to win their first match, but they were able to do it home. In front of 4,907 in attendance at Juan Ramon Loubriel stadium, in Bayamon, it was local native Hector Ramos who scored the lone goal, his 4th goal in 5 games, securing the win for the Naranjas.
After 5 games into the fall NASL season, Puerto Rico are 1-2-2 (wins/loss/tie) and 5 points, good for 9th place in a 12 team league:
1st-Indy Eleven 3-1-1 10 points
9th-PRFC 1-2-2 5 points
Their next match will be against the NY Cosmos this Saturday.
