It’s been over a year since it was announced the soccer would be coming back to Puerto Rico at the club level. With a high profile owner backing this new club, NBA’s Carmelo Anthony, who is a known soccer fan and of Puerto Rican descent through his father, is looking to not just get involved, he is also looking to help bring soccer in to the island and help expand the game.
