A Main Street store in Worcester is under investigation for alleged food stamps fraud and selling counterfeit goods, according to a search warrant filed in federal court. The store, identified in federal records as Esther's Fashion Paradise, has allegedly allowed people to exchange Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits – known as the food stamps program – in exchange for cash.
