Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson is thinking about retiring from the NFL, which would put him firmly in the what could have been category, alongside fellow Lions running back Barry Sanders. Johnson is only 30-years-old and is coming off a quality 88-reception, 1,214 yard, and 9 touchdown season, but he believes that the injuries he has sustained over the course of his career might outweigh his desire to return to the field.
