Polls in Worcester's city election are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, and, when polls close, at least two new councilors will be seated come January. Also on the ballot, a three-man mayor's race among Joseph Petty, Michael Gaffney and William Coleman III.
