NATICK – After a two-and-a-half hour long Parole Board hearing Tuesday, the man convicted of killing Deborah Kucher and raping and killing her 9-year-old daughter, Cassie, made a bold statement.
Marvin Cathey, the 47-year-old man, serving two life-sentences for the 1999 killings in Leicester, told the state Parole Board he would never again seek parole.
