If you opened a can of StarKist Tuna between February 19, 2009 and October 31, 2014, there may have been a little less than there was supposed to be. The website tunalawsuit.com details a lawsuit claiming that StarKist Co. under-filled certain 5 oz. canned tuna products in violation of state and federal laws.
