Worcester's efforts to find the city's 21-and-under population summer jobs has been repeatedly touted by City Manager Edward Augustus as not only beneficial to the city's young job-seekers, but also as an anti-gang program. In recent weeks, it has also benefitted everyone who uses Indian Lake.
