General Wesley Clark Calls for Putting “Disloyal” Americans in Internment Camps
Dear councilors:
The time is now to restore the right of Due Process in Worcester. Act Now Worcester’s pending civil rights resolution will do just that, which is why Jim McGovern supports the work we are doing.
The recent chilling words of ret. General Wesley Clark show we cannot afford to wait any longer. Our hope is that this resolution will pass unanimously here, as it did in Albany, Rutland, Oxford and Webster.

In the spirit of 1774, let’s make Worcester the first city in New England to take a stand against the intolerable preparations for internment camps in America. We must not sit by silently while a shameful part of our nation’s history tries to repeat itself. You have the power and authority to uphold and defend the Bill of Rights for the people of Worcester. That power is right there in the Oath you each swore. All you need to do is exercise it..
We will see you August 11th.
