So Sunday is a very slow day, I sat around the house all day waiting for app to tell me there was someone in need of a ride. Late afternoon I got a fare needing a ride from Solomond Pond Mall, I accepted job. and heading for Berlin. I waited until I got off highway before turning on turn by turn navigator. It took me to the back of Sears where I saw a young lady standing, I pulled up and ask if she summoned Uber, she had and got in. I hit arrived and saw we were going to Clinton, I asked if that was correct and she agreed. As we were driving down the street my phone rang, I ignored it, it rang again so I answered the call. The caller said he had used app for ride and saw I was leaving. I pulled over and asked my rider if she was going to Clinton, this time she said no and also had a missed call. She called back and it was her Uber driver. I then turned around brought her back and picked up my fare. He was very understanding so it worked out, I wonder why the GPS took me to her and my fare was at other side of the mall? All in my experience as a driver I guess.
