You need to read the previous post, but Tufts along with Fallon failed the MLR test that was created by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Health Insurance Reform Act passed in 2006.
While Fallon is mailing out checks for policyholders in the 1-50 marketplace in 2013, Tufts is issuing credits on the their insurance bills. Obviously if you are no longer with Tufts then you will get a check in the mail also.
