WORCESTER, Mass.– The Campaign to Elect Paul Franco is proud to announce the hiring of Peter Levin as Campaign Manager. Mr. Levin joins the Franco team ready to lead the team to victory. Having completed most of two degrees, he will be with the campaign until Election Day after which he will finish his college education. Mr. Levin is expected to graduate from University of Massachusetts Amherst in the spring of 2015 with dual degrees in Economics and Psychology.

He continued, “I haven’t met a young man as ambitious and motivated as Peter for quite some time.” “After spending the last six months in Europe, his knack for understanding many different cultural norms brings new perspective and accessibility to this campaign.”
Candidate Paul Franco is campaigning to win the election this November and to serve citizens as our next State Senator for 1st Worcester District. Mr. Franco intends to be elected based on his plan for upward mobility, which will be achieved through excellence in education, job growth and efficient government. Tuition and fees at Massachusetts State Universities should be reduced, while additional funding facilitates increased enrollment. Programs such as intrastate crowd funding should be implemented, while all proposed bills undergo a cost benefit analysis before becoming law. All laws should have a sunset clause, requiring that after 10 years the law be evaluated for cost, effectiveness and how it might be rewritten to better achieve the current requirements of society.
About Republican Candidate Paul Franco:Mr. Franco served as an officer in the US Army Judge Advocate’s General Corps for a 31 years recently retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. He has also practiced law in the Commonwealth for 30 years. He served the City of Worcester as a member of the Conservation Commission and the Chair of the Worcester Republican City Committee. Paul and his wife have lived in Worcester for 26 years where they raised their six children.
