Kudos to Tracy and her hastags #worcbudget and #itsinthere.  Franklin-Square4369 My favorite is $3,000,000 for the Wayfinding.  Reminds me the time we spent millions on signs around the City of Worcester to direct people to the City of Worcester.  How did that work ?  For ten years a large concrete block sat in front of my office awaiting a sign and was taken out a few years back.  A complete waste of money–both of them!!

Don’t get me wrong, these are nice signs and the artists did a great job, but how much did we spend so far for signs like these in this post?  As a tax-payer do you think you are getting a return on your investment.

If we had extra monies and did not have a billion dollars, as in $1,000,000,000,  in unfunded pensions and OPEB liabilities then invest $3,000,000 in Wayfinder.. This is a complete waste of money!
