Worcester, MA— The Massachusetts Restaurant Association is teaming up with the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce and Wormtown Brewery this summer to showcase Central Massachusetts’ top regional chefs. This even will promote Worcester’s burgeoning culinary scene, as well as raise money for Share our Strength, an initiative to end childhood hunger. This industry-only food and beverage tasting will take place on Monday, August 10th from 7-10 p.m. at the Hanover Theater, located at 2 Southbridge Street in Worcester, MA.

The event, “Something’s Brewing in Worcester” will feature tasting dishes from the area’s top chefs. Each plate will be paired with a unique brew from the Wormtown Brewery in Worcester, MA. The restaurants that will be participating include Peppercorn’s, Sonoma, Chuck’s Steakhouse, The Mill at 185, Flying Rhino, Niche Hospitality, Baba Sushi, Smokestack, Romaine’s, Tomasso Trattoria, and Rail Trail Flatbread.

Tickets for “Something’s Brewing in Worcester” are $30 for MRA members (using code: MRAWCC), and $35 for non-members. The ticket cost includes food and beer pairings, as well as two pints. To purchase tickets, please visit.
