Kudos to the City of Worcester administration.
Absolute Machine has been a great asset to this area and their further expansion will only increase their presence. May we also add, however, this rights a wrong when they should have been awarded a prior parcel that instead was given to Pharmashpere, who never ever took title to the property and which still remains vacant off the tax rolls.
We are sure Absolute Machine will do as planned and turn this into a productive tax-paying parcel. Great news! Please note TIF’s were awarded for this project also. Again kudos to the City Administration. When was the last time a major project not developed without a TIF?
