8a. FROM THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC SAFETY – Request City Manager request City Assessor report to City Council the impact to the assessed values of properties if more than 3 unrelated individuals are allowed to inhabit those residential units with more than 3 bedrooms.
Rumor has it that alot of property owners may show up to talk on behalf of this.
I hope moving forward that items like our unfunded pension and OPEB obligations are discussed in more detail.
